A recording for Broken20 recordings using an image as a score. I made recordings inside 1960s brutalist block Balfron Tower days before its final eviction for rennovation. The drones made by using Alvin Lucier’s “I am sitting in a room” resonance feedback technique were used alongside hand-turned record crackle, synth bass and overdubbed hiss.
The composition is a process piece which I subsequently played live as a standalone solo performance.
